Meditation in September

I’m preparing for the next 90 day online meditation course hosted at Vipassana Fellowship. The course has been running, in various formats, since 1997 and always has participants from many countries around the world. Vipassana Fellowship teaches meditation from both the insight and tranquillity traditions of Theravada Buddhism. Although the context in which these practices emerged and developed is distinctly Buddhist we’ve always worked with people of many faiths and none. This session runs from September 10th to December 8th and is the final course for this year.
